JAMENDO-ARCHOS SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

1. ORGANISATION
The company JAMENDO S.A., located 41 avenue de la Gare, L-1611 LUXEMBOURG, is organising a sweepstakes on the website www.jamendo.com via the June newsletter of Jamendo. No payment or purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win. This sweepstakes is active until the final date of participation, fixed on friday 27 June 2008 at midnight (Continental Europe time).

2. ELIGIBILITY
This cost-free sweepstakes is open to all members of the platform www.jamendo.com, excluding all permanent or temporary employees of JAMENDO S.A. and their families.

3. PARTICIPATION
To enter the sweepstakes, one must write to the designated email address provided in Jamendo’s newsletter. The participant must answer the question stated in the June newsletter of Jamendo via email, using the email account used for his or her registration to jamendo.com. The act of sending an email to the indicated address with the answer to the sweepstakes question as subject implies the participant’s agreement to the present rules and validates his or her participation. Any dispute about the interpretation or the application of the present rules will be settled by the organising company. The correct answer to the sweepstakes question will be defined by Jamendo according to available data on the website or in Jamendo’s database.

4.LIMITATION
Only one entry per person is authorised (same first and last names, same email address). The organising company reserves the right to cancel any multiple entries made by one person. Only the first chronological entry will be considered valid.

5. DATA COLLECTION
Information on the identity and email address of the participant can be transferred to our commercial partner for future promotional campaigns. Participants are entitled to demand not to receive any further commercial offers.

6. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Winners agree to provide a proof of identity and of home address to allow the verification of conditions stated in paragraph 2.

7. WINNERS
The winners will be the 2 participants having provided the closest estimate of the figure specified in the sweepstakes question. They will receive a 5th generation Archos 605 4Gb multimedia player. The results will be announced by Jamendo S.A. within 15 days after the end of the sweepstakes. In case of ex aequo, the winners will be determined by random draw.

8. PRIZE
The sweepstakes prize is described in paragraph 7 and in Jamendo’s June newsletter.

9. PRIZE EXCHANGE
The prize will not be exchanged, nor will there be any kind of compensation in place of the prize itself.

10. AMENDMENTS
The organising company reserves the right to amend the game or to cancel it at any given time in case of necessity, or to change the prizes if circumstances require to do so. It can not be held resposible if the operation were to be extended, shortened, changed or cancelled.
