Jamendo paid the registered artists for February and March

We have just received the advertising revenue for the months of February and March 2007.

We are glad to announce 500 artists accounts have been credited, above the voluntary donations. We hope that this amount will increase in the future. Notice that today we are only working actively on the French market.

Jamendo shares 50% of its advertising revenue with the artists who have registered to the “Revenue sharing” program.

    What does it mean that you are “working actively on the French market” ?

    It means that, given the small size of our staff, we are not able to prospect advertisers on foreign markets, as a consequence we concentrate our efforts on french market.
