DeutschMassive upgrade of the donations on jamendo
The donations on jamendo will reach 10.000 euros soon. As we pass this milestone, we want to make it even easier for the users to donate to their favourite artists.
We have made several improvements to the donation system on jamendo, which is now also available for non-European users !
- Users can leave a message to the artist while donating. The artist will receive it by email.
- We now use PayPal as a payment center, this will allow all the registered PayPal users to donate in just a few clicks and will also allow users from all around the world to donate to the artists!
- We also accept from now on donations in Dollars as well as Euros.
- We have improved the visibility of the donations on the website. Now their have their own seciton on the website, in the “Music” menu. You can also check the list of all the donations ever made or the list of artists that accept donations.
- We have also simplified the usage terms for the artists
We really hope that these improvements will make donating on jamendo easier!

I thought I’d say a quick hello as I discovered you on google at number one for the term - massive donations upgrade - when searching for a friend’s blog. It interested me enough to look for more information on the site, but couldn’t find any navigation and when I typed in http://blog.jamedo.com/index.php to my address bar, it doesn’t go anywhere. I just thought you’d be interested to know and maybe add some navigation to your home page?
