The whole team would like to thank all those who chose Jamendo: artists, members and music lovers who have been making this site alive since the beginning, and of course all those who joined us along the way.
10 000 albums, that’s 10 000 reasons to pursue this adventure, in the name of what we all believe in: free music, thanks to Creative Commons licenses.

Congratulations on reaching the 10,000 album Thanks to all of the Jamendo Team for helping artists to get their music out to the public and for providing such a wonderfull service. Heres to the next 10k, music should be heard so everybody open your ears!

10,000 is awesome, very very cool indeed! Lots of great free music!
One thing wrong with the contest though: why are you giving away a player that doesn’t support OGG-format playback? All of Jamendo’s free music is available in this great Free format, but your contest prize can’t play it!

Congratulations guys! I remember when celebrating 2,000 albums was a big deal! Way to go!!
I don’t want to nitpick but how soon will you be posting new albums? I submitted the latest Revolution Void album a few days ago and can’t wait to get it online … stuck in moderation for the time being though. :(
Maybe you can bypass moderation for artists who have already been verified in the past? Just a thought. :)
